  2. In-Person Consultation: We’ll come to your property to take measurements and present material options. There’s a $100 consultation fee for this step.

  3. Estimate Delivery: Within 24-72 hours, we’ll send over a detailed estimate, including scope, materials, and a clear breakdown of pricing.

  4. Next Steps: Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll handle everything from permitting to the final build.
